Our activity includes also the technical assistance for production�s quality improvement or realization, with tested know how, of new coated abrasive products.
We can also supply all the necessary drawings and projects to realize all or part of machinery.
In addition we are in the situation to develop and offer following equipment and services: |
- Converting equipment (flexing machines, machines for sheet cutting, disc cutting, jumbo slitting, cutting to length, scuffing and skiving, presses�)
- Specific converting devices (automatic machines for flap discs, flap-wheels)
- Cloth finishing lines
- Full lines for the production of non-woven (example: scotch brite)
- Acquisition and historicization of data on computer systems necessary for: Economic analysis (instantaneous production costs, raw materials unloading, stop/maintenance statistics, productive uses). Retrieval and traceability of productive lots, recipes emission, automatic modifications of productive parameters.
